Burj Al Arab has two-story suites linked by a marble stairway. Hermes bath items, a jacuzzi and stunning mosaic floors. Shops and eateries are all within the hotel. Two pools, multiple restaurants and a floating bar are also features of this incredible Dubai hotel.

This hotel is a little dated but the interiors are an iconic part of Dubai’s history. Even though 7-star hotels don’t exist, it’s earned the nickname due to the attentive staff and impeccable service who go above and beyond their duties.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families, dining in the Burj Al Arab is limited for those with children but it’s a unique experience for couples. Especially with the mirrors above the beds! However, its very Arab style is not to everyone’s taste.

It also includes access to Wild Wadi Waterpark.

15. Palazzo Versace Dubai

As the name implies, this hotel is all about Versace style. Donatella Versace designed and created all of the hotel’s furniture and materials, even flying out personally to inspect its incredible mosaic floor in the lobby. Donatella wasn’t happy with the colour the first time and ordered for the entire mosaic to be done again during construction!

Located in Al Jaddaf, it’s their own version of a 16th-century Italian palace. Its distinctiveness sets it apart from the other five-star hotels in Dubai.

I actually got engaged at this hotel, so this hotel has a lot of special memories for me and is absolutely stunning! It’s definitely one of the most Romantic ones at night with Dubai Creek and it’s candlelit restaurants.
