No Dubai doesn’t use Daylight Savings.
If you’re from a country that uses Daylight Savings Time (DST), this means during spring, summer and part of autumn (fall) Dubai will be 1 hour less ahead compared to countries using DST. For example, GMT +3 instead of 4.
